5. Delivery system

We ship our furniture in GTA and neighboring cities. If delivery could not be done to your place, you could always schedule to pick out up your furniture at our warehouse. Delivery charges are according to the location of your place. We aren't chargeable for put off / harm/ charges for the delivery. We do not take delivery of cancellation of an order in case of the carrier modified into not able to supply on time / at the precise place or introduced damaged goods. We do not make any income on delivery.

6. Availability of product

You can always contact our store to see the products we have in the store or online. Sometimes our items get out of stock but that only takes 3 to 8 weeks to come because we also deal with imported furniture. DUE TO COVID-19 THERE ARE DELAYS ON ALL ORDERS. LEAD TIMES RANGE FROM 4-12 WEEKS OR LONGER DEPENDING ON THE ITEM. We are committed to working for you; though delays and occasions out of hand, due to producers, procedures may additionally occur. 7. Pick up policy

We provide pickups from our location. You must bring your invoice and id proof with you to pick up your furniture. A store receipt is provided to all our customers. Stuff that is picked-up can be in packaged containers and can require assembly. Due to the character of merchandise shipped in cartons, we are unable to unpack cartons or assemble products for you at our warehouse.

8. Warranty

As per policy, we offer an initial one-year manufacturer warranty. You will have to contact us within a month.
