We currently deliver to most postal codes in GTA area.

All orders are shipped within 1-4 days of being ready for shipping.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 10-15 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We want to help you create the home of your dreams even if you don't live in one of our delivery areas. Contact our Customer Care team to determine if other delivery options are available or if there is a pickup location in your area.

Delivery is FREE on any order over $699 (before taxes) upto 40 km from our store location. We delivr upto 160 km for free with tiered minimun purchase which can be checked under shipping section. For orders below $699, the delivery charge will depend on the area and product specifications. The charges will be indicated on the checkout page.

Yes, the delivery date of your order can be changed up until three (3) days before the scheduled date. To make this change, contact our Customer Care Team.

You can see the estimated delivery date on our product page. Once your order is placed, your order confirmation email will also show your estimated delivery date(s).

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Warranty & Return

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email or call us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Note: Regular priced products are are eligible for return. Sale or discounted products are Final Sale and they are eligible for exchange only.

Our delivery teams treat your order with care so it can arrive in the best condition possible, but if there is any visible damage on the merchandise or to your home during the delivery process, please notify our delivery team and make sure it is recorded in the delivery paperwork. Then, contact our Customer Care team within 72 hours of the delivery so we can try to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.

Many of our products come with a warranty to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Specific details can be found on the product page of each item.

The basic warranty is void if the merchandise suffers damage caused by abuse, negligence or accident, has been relocated, repaired or tampered with, was sold "as is", or is used for commercial purposes. We do not guarantee fabrics against wear, fading, color fastness or any damage caused by cleaning processes.

Yes, you are responsible for bringing your vehicle, helper, and securing material like rope or ties.

The pickup windows are Monday to Friday between 11 am to 6 pm, but customers must confirm before coming to the store for pickup.
