I purchased this table set from Ashley’s in Calgary. Approximately within 6-8 months I noticed little chips or cracks appear in different areas of the table top. I am a senior living alone so it’s very gently used .
I spoke to the store manager who advised me to contact Customer Care in a different city. I was asked to send pictures of the table and shortly thereafter the table was picked up and the top was refinished.
Initially I was pleased with the refinished result however within several months the chips reappeared in different areas throughout the table top and in areas that are not even being used.
Once again I contacted Customer Care and was confronted by a very rude male customer service representative. He basically told me that it was my tough luck that I’d didn’t purchase extra warranty. I replied that it is obviously a defective piece of furniture to begin with and should be replaced. Needless to say there was no satisfactory result with that phone call.
I also presented these pictures to two Ashley stores in Calgary which was another futile effort .
I am a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer.
I am looking for same as refurbished (used) single sofa seat recliner. Very lower amount. $100 max $150.
The team arrived very late but they were very professional, nice and clean. Overall we are very happy with their service.
Matches the rest of my set and it arrived in excellent condition.
Product was exactly as described and very well priced. Would buy from again.
I had few issues with My order had to discuss with the branch manager, from the first call all issues resolved, I strongly recommend this store.

We're quickly getting used to operating the buttons to adjust the loveseat to suit us. It's very comfortable in all positions

I ordered the Lucina sectional online and it was delivered without problem. It's exactly what we were expecting and is a lovely addition to our living room. It's comfy and seems durable. I'm happy with the purchase so far.

Nice! Better than expected. BUT I thought the color was on the cream side based on the pics. It's not, it's light grey. The actual color is pewter. I did not see that anywhere on the description and I didnt bother to ask prior to ordering bec it really looks cream to me. Anyway, I still like it as cream and light grey are my options when I was looking around. PLUS, I love the throw pillows!
BOUGHT THE SET PLUS AN ADDITIONAL CHAIR. GREAT PRICE AND SURPRISINGLY VERY COMFORTABLE! THE CHAIRS RECEIVED ARE NOT AS PICTURED, THERE MUCH NICER THE BACKS ARE FULL TUFTED WITH CRYSTALS (SEE CHAIR ON THE BRICK WEBSITE)
