Is this item brand new?

Yes. Every piece is 100% brand new and factory-sealed in original packaging with serial numbers. We never sell refurbished, used or floor-model pieces.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to Toronto & the GTA, Ottawa and Edmonton and their surrounding areas. Your exact delivery fee is shown at checkout.

When will it arrive?

Most items arrive in 2–4 weeks; custom and special orders take 6–8 weeks. Our team calls you to book a delivery window.

How much is delivery?

Curbside delivery is free within 40 km on orders over $699.99; farther areas have fixed fees by distance. Room of Choice delivery is $49.99 and White Glove (with assembly) is $149.99. Pickup from our Toronto store is free.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes, with Fairstone Financial: 0% interest over 12 months in equal payments, or no payments for up to 12 months if paid in full by the end of the term. On approved credit.

What if it arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us with photos and we will arrange a repair, replacement parts or a full replacement under the manufacturer warranty.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Most items are ordered specifically for each customer and are non-returnable, so please check the dimensions and your doorway width before ordering. We are happy to help you check.

Can I see it in person?

Only a limited number of pieces are on display at our Toronto store. Call us before visiting to confirm this item is on the floor.
